Description

The Greenlee 3ID-100 (52074249) Three Phase Cable Identifier with Sender and Receiver, 36V DC, 50/60Hz, identifies the correct phases on long lengths of de-energized and discharged overhead and underground cables. It includes a sender and receiver that are designed to be hand held with or without gloves. Individual lights identify each phase or any phase conductors shorted to neutral. The 3ID comes in a zippered carrying bag and runs on a 9V lithium or alkaline battery in each unit.

Because of its higher test voltage, the 3ID can test long lengths of cable. LEDs on both units indicate that the 3ID units are connected to the same phases on each end of a cable.
